About the Founder
Bryan Long is an impact entrepreneur and change-maker. A stint in a global bank working on business transformation helped to rekindle his love of working with young people as he helped them in their ventures. Before the bank, he started and sold a SaaS startup using unaverage principles.
Inspired by his experience, Bryan started Unaverage as a way to help average young people achieve unaverage goals to prove that they have transferable skills for any job in the future. Bryan is a father of three children and has an engineering degree from USA, a law degree from Singapore and an MBA from the UK. He is a also a certified Master Coach and the founder of the largest Lean Startup community in Singapore.
